5 min walk from the BVB stadium which is why we were there. Very comfortable and nice place to stay for the match.

Von Steigenberger bin ich besseres gewohnt und habe dementsprechend auch mehr erwartet. Vielleicht liegt es an Dortmund, an Messe oder einfach am Alter, aber ich habe dennoch vom Steigenberger Dortmund besseres erwartet. Alles in allem OK, aber eben nicht

Der Check in war sehr freundlich. Leider hatte ich meine elektrische Zahnbürste im Zimmer vergessen. Gleich am nächsten Tag angerufen : wir melden uns. Nichts passiert. Am übernächsten Tag nochmals angerufen: wir rufen ganz sicher zurück : bis heute 6 Tage später immer noch nichts passiert. So geht das nicht.

An sich ist das Hotel gut. Das große Problem an dem ganzen war, dass ich auf meinem Zimmer keinen WLAN Zugang hatte, was an sich kein großes Problem ist, aber ich hatte nur E Netz in dem Zimmer. Der Fernseher war auch sehr schlecht. Für so einen Preis und dem Namen Steigenberger, würde ich das nicht weiterempfehlen.

Gutes, schon etwas älteres Hotel, sehr professionelles Personal in allen Bereichen, alles sehr gut organisiert. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ideal zum Messebesuch in Dortmund
