wiifii changed o Sunday and I was not notified, I stay without internet all sunday untill complaining later and they changed the password without notification. DRINKING WATER SUPPLY WAS NOT EASY (free or for money)

La ubicación, con destino final en Acapulco, este hotel queda perfecto para descansar y después continuar el viaje.

"A Great stay for the Holidays"

This Hotel is excellent. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Food is very good and the buffet on the weekends is bountiful with many dishes and live cooking stations; Mexican, omelets, pastries and the service is outstanding! The hotel is quiet and peaceful and the location is perfect, walking distance to the malls, shopping and dining. We have stated here a couple of times before, and we will certainly be back because this is a very good place in the city!
