Absolutely fantastic, the staff were amazing, very comfortable beds .. parking was amazingly cheap as it was close to the centre of derby.. will definitely return to the hotel

The price of the drinks in the vending machine nearly £4 for a 500ml of coca cola

Helpful,friendly. Well organised and managed. Rooms aired and smelt fresh. No excessive noise. To actually be booked in by a person not a machine.

If we had not got the discount the car park would have been costly. Cups/mugs in room rather small and thick .

Room clean, bed comfortable.

Breakfast. Plenty of choice but bacon over cooked, couldn’t get my fork in it, hash browns same problem.
