"Fun, fabulous and we nearly cried when we left."

Everything was perfect. The staff were polite and courteous, efficient, and friendly, making it great fun. The facilities were bang on and the pools were divine. Food and was all wonderful and all the various places to eat were fab. We had teenage kids with us and they loved it as well.

Nothing really. Some of the guests were quite rude to the staff which was unpleasant to watch. Totally unnecessary as they all work extremely hard.

Lovely location with a 30/40 coastal walk into Estepona but some great restaurants and bars close by. Nice spacious room, we were upgraded on arrival.

Staff and management disappointed us after we made a complaint about a member of staff. No acknowledgment or attempt to offer any apology. Spoilt our experience which is a shame.

I took my two children on a last minute trip to Kempinski Bahia this week and we are all returning home with only amazing things to say about our stay. EVERYTHING has been excellent, from the room, the pools, the food, the location - but what stood out to me the most was the excellent service and caring staff. My son unfortunately twisted his ankle after 2 days and the staff (extra thank you to Diego) helped to ice and wrap his ankle, the reception sent both our kids treats to the room and even provided us with a wheelchair the next day so that I didn’t need to carry around my son (who is 11). A massive thank you for everything and I highly recommend anyone considering visiting Estepona or the Marbella area to consider the Kempinski Bahia.
