"Wish it was nicer!"

The location is great! Lots of things around the area and easy access to where we were needing to go. The breakfast also has a lot of options for everyone!

We have stayed here before and I do not remember it being so run down and not very clean. Our room just did not feel very clean, especially the bathroom.

"Everything was great except for the noise."

We were awakened several times in the middle of the night by loud voices and door slamming. Apparently there were people from a wedding being very loud.

Overall a great stay. The breakfast was wonderful with 3 young children and the room gave enough space for everyone. Recommend better seals around the door to block out the hall lights. It was so bright it looked like we had a light on in the room.

I am a member. I called this hotel, spoke with a woman explained that I had an emotional pet who is registered, a letter from my physician for my anxiety/panic attacks. She informed me my pet was welcomed. Sadly I didn’t write her name down. We arrive driving from Nashville where the desk lady said we couldn’t stay there. She wasn’t helpful of where there might be a place, never apology about the error on “your part”. Nonverbal communication appeared like it was my fault. Unacceptable behavior.
