"Top Aussicht und Frühstück von einem in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel"

Die Aussicht auf Chemnitz aus dem 20. Stock, nette Mitarbeiter in der 26. Etage beim Frühstück ,manchmal etwas schnell im abräumen, leckeres Frühstück mit allem was man braucht, zentrale Lage in Chemnitz, sauberes kleines Zimmer, Erfrischungsgetränk und Obst in Foyer immer verfügbar, Cooles Hotel von Aussen...

Manchmal roch es in Bad und Etage nach Kanalisation, etwas laut in der Nacht durch feiernde Leute auf der Strasse, Bodenbeläge etwas fleckig, kein Restaurant oder Bar für den Abend, Türen vom Treppenhaus zu einzelnen Etagen abgeschlossen, Kühlschrank im Zimmer auch abgeschlossen , teurer Parkplatz unter Bäumen ..im Winter ohne Vogelkot

Die Lage, der Ausblick, das Personal und das Frühstück hat mir sehr gefallen.

Das Hotel ist dennoch nicht mehr das, was es mal war und damit meine nicht vor der Wende oder ähnliche Aussagen. Man schläft wunderbar, der Ausblick ist phänomenal und das Personal unheimlich freundlich. Allerdings gibt es auch Sachen, die mir nicht so gefallen haben. Die Hotelbar bleibt geschlossen. Es gibt kein Restaurant für ein leckeres Abendessen mehr im Hotel und als beim Frühstück ein älteres Ehepaar nichts wollend eine Flasche Mineralwasser mitnehmen wollte, hat das Personal gesagt… „Können Sie machen für 7,90€ ! die Flasche. Hallo 7,90€ für eine Flasche Mineralwasser ist schon der Wahnsinn. Wenn man dort etwas nachbessert und bei Glatteis den Parkplatz auch streut, ist alles gut und ich komme gern wieder.
