"Great stay"

Size of the room was great. It was great to have the balcony for some fresh air. Staff very helpful and friendly. Walkable distance to main town area and restaurants. Good onsite laundry facilities.

The lounge chairs are uncomfortable and damaged.

"A reasonable place to stay in Jasper"

This hotel is at the end of the main street, so it is quite a way to walk to the main drag where all of the restaurants and bars are, but it is not too far - definitely walkable and on the flat, but does take 20 minutes. Good laundry facility. Fridge and drinks making in the room is handy as the nearly offering in the morning is limited to Starbucks.

There are no lifts to the upper floor. Shower head needs attention - not a great flow. Very little ventilation was possible into the room and it was quite warm. The alternative was a noisy aircon unit.

Room was a bit stuffy and we needed to run a/c all the time which seems wasteful in May.
