"Gut aber mit Schönheitsfehler"

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser duschkopf ging kaputt und wurde sofort repariert. Das Frühstück hat wirklich alles geboten was man braucht, sehr gut!!! Die Lage ist wie beschrieben, zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Fußmarsch. Insgesamt kann man hier gut Urlaub machen.

Eindeutig negativ ist die Aufzug/Treppensituation. Entweder man wartet ewig lange auf einen Aufzug oder (und dazu sei gesagt, dass ich eigentlich gern Treppen steige) man nimmt eine schreckliche Nottreppe, die eng, laut und schmutzig ist. Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem, die Schlafcouch unserer Tochter war total durch gelegen. Der Außenpool wirkte schmuddelig. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr altbacken und bräuchte an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung.

Großes Zimmer ! Schönes Schwimmbad Fitness und Freizeitangebote ! Auch der außen Pool war schön !

Fahrstühle zu wenig. Lange Wartezeit. Licht brannte die ganze Nacht im Kleiderschrank der nicht komplett verschlossen war . Speisenangebot im Restaurant viel zu teuer und nur 4 Hauptgänge

Die tolle Lage. Das Zimmer, Balkon.mit Meerblick, schönes grosses Bad. Das Frühstückbüffet war sensationell und ein toller Service.

"Leider war der Aufenthalt für uns eine Enttäuschung."

In den Zimmern gibt es keine Klimaanlage und daher war es sehr warm. Der Kühlschrank war defek und konnte während des Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden, da ein Ersatzteil nicht lieferbar war. Im Bad roch es sehr muffig, die Lüftung war defekt und nach dem Duschen war der Spiegel längere Zeit beschlagen. Außerdem war die Regendusche verkalkt. Bei Anreise war das Bad nicht ordentlich geputzt, wurde aber nach unserer Beschwerde nochmals gereinigt. Meistens war nur 1 Fahrstuhl in Betrieb und es kam daher häufig zu langen Wartezeiten.
