"Riesiges Hotel mit wenig Flair"

Frühstück und Laage waren gut. Der Schwimmingpool war schön groß. Das Frühstückservicepersonal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Der Service in der Friesenstube war katastrophal und so nicht hinnehmbar. Die beiden Servicekräfte waren mit ihrer Arbeit völlig überfordert und planlos. Von unmöglichen Wartezeiten, selbst beim bezahlen, ganz zu schweigen. In der Bar wurden wir nicht einmal bedient. Nach einer halbe Stunde, fragten wir nach. Der Herr an der Bar war unfreundlich, arrogant und unverhältnismäßig gestresst. Das Mobilar im Zimmer wirkte mindestens 20 Jahre zu alt, sämtliche Griffe an den Nachtschränken waren kaputt. Zwei Fahrstuhl für 9 Etagen, verursachten Massenstaus auf jeder Etage, zu jeder Tageszeit. Die meiste Zeit haben wir damit verbracht zu warten. Auf unser Essen im Restaurant, auf das Servicepersonal und 2/3 der Zeit davon vorm Fahrstuhl. Man kann sich leider nicht nur auf die Lage verlassen.

Die Lage und das Frühstück.

Altmodische Und abgewohnte Einrichtung. Normale Schlüssel statt Keycards. Nur 2 Fahrstühle und damit lange Wartezeiten. Feueralarm durch Reinigungspersonal ausgelöst wurde nach ca. 1 Stunde erst abgestellt. Keinerlei Anrufe zur Entwarnung seitens der Rezeption. Erbärmlich!

Verpflegung war sehr gut und ausreichend. Lediglich die Situation am Fahrstuhl war mangelhaft. Schwimmbad einzigartig da habe ich mich richtig wohl gefühlt

"Tolles Hotel in der Nebensaison"

In der Nebensaison ist dieses Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und der Seebrücke sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist ruhig und alles sehr chic eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ein Late Check- Out war ohne Probleme möglich. Tolles Hotel.

Ich denke in der Hauptsaison wird es dort richtig voll,so wie vermutlich in dem ganzen Ort. Punkte würde ich einzig für den kleinen Saunabereich abziehen. Aber das ist wieder meckern auf hohem Niveau.
