Great location but the check in staff made a rather large error and didn't notice or believe me when I had booked an executive suite and was given a junior (I was also told I had been upgraded to a suite as if I only booked a regular room) they then tried to tell me the rooms were the same price and offer me free breakfast instead. This was a 160 dollar mistake and free breakfast was unacceptable. Not to mention traveling with three children there was a lot of planning involved based around our room decision. Thankfully at shift change the staff was far more helpful and client oriented than the lady who checked me in Sept 13th.

We stayed one night at this beautiful property as a last minute decision & we’re glad we did! The golf course was beautiful and well maintained. The facility was just as nice & the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again to spend more time!

Worst stay I ever experienced. Room was just beside the reception and I could hear every time that the phone rang and reception conversation during sleeping hours and terrible noise from corridor when people were passing. Uncomfortable pillows. Old bathroom and there was a problem with bathtub drainage and the water did not keep going and I took a shower in a pond. Small and cold pool. Dirty and COLD hot tub!

What is advertised as a cottage was a room in a motel-like building. Could hear the conversations next to us and smell their food. The lake had notices about contamination. Kayaks were not available. Bathroom was dirty. Restaurant was pretentious but the food and desserts were not good.
