It was great having a pool, especially if you have kids. One thing that was difficult this time is that didn’t even offer towels at the pool anymore. Also the sister properties now charge you additional fees to use, which is new to us. That did not used to be the case. Finally breakfast on one of the days when we showed up had barely any food left. I felt bad for the woman who was staffing both the registration counter and the food area because she was trying to handle both. It seems like very understaffed. The room itself is OK, we need a major update. Beds were comfortable but small. They only have full-size beds.

All the amenities for the cheaper price is kind of nice. I didn’t think I’d find something like this on Cape Cod.

It is located in a nice neighborhood, away from the beach and all the major tourist traffic. They have a good breakfast.

The nearby Golf Course starts up their noise very early each morning

The hotel is beautiful, and the setting was perfect for wedding photos. The pictures turned out absolutely gorgeous, and the property itself is very attractive and well-kept.

I booked this hotel room for my friend to get ready on her wedding day, so we had high expectations for such a special occasion. While the room itself was adequate, there were a few disappointments. My friend requested a room change and was told it was not possible, which was frustrating. We were also surprised by the additional parking fee, and the front desk staff did not come across as particularly welcoming or helpful. Because this was such an important day, we were hoping for a more accommodating and customer-focused experience. Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service and guest flexibility.
