Sea Swan Apartment and Hotel

L'emplacement était parfait, le service journalier de ménage très bien, tout fonctionnait pour beaucoup d'autonomie.

Les travaux en face mais ce n'est pas lié a l'hébergement.

Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, leider ohne Balkon aber mit eigener Waschmaschine, voll eingerichteter Küche und TV.

I stayed here before in 2023 it was fine Not much anymore! It’s rundown , it badly needs repairs , and construction of two new apartment buildings. Right across from it and next door

I like it in 2023 , but now falling apart January 2026 , please repair the wall etc I have video and more photos . But maybe good enough for some people

Construction noise from each side and across the street. I know this is beyond the control of the property just bad timing on my side.

The walls are paper thin. Heard everything from the room next door & various noises throughout the building. The receptionist also called me at 11:40am & said "You check out now.". And this place was wayyy far from any tourist area accommodations. Almost to Marble mountain & not in a good way...

Good location. Apartment with a kitchen and sofa. Smart TV.

Sofa was a bit hard.
