Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort

Awesome Stay, we booked 5 Suits for 16 packs. The hotel was located at beach and easily accessible to sea, which was great. The staff who were very customer friendly. SPA was available. It is a nearly but not quite place. Beach fantastic, staff fantastic, view from room fantastic…….then……daily room clean if it happened was poor, rude cleaners. One day I sat on balcony and timed them….2 min 30;sec …dreadfull. We had a mini bar with two bears in very nice thank you, once we had drank them not replaced until 3 days later, this happened twice , told reception and they shrugged there shoulders and said is was estates problem. So short staffed it is embarrassing. The place needs a lick of paint So disappointed

We stayed at this resort from 12.- 22 december. We enjoyed every day. All the staff were absolutedly fantastic. Housekeeping every day, very clean. The reception was very helpful and gave us good information and helped with booking attractions worth visiting. Good servise at the restaurant. The garden was very beautiful an spa was great.

Ms Vi is the best!!! You cannot go wrong with her! We had 150 friends meet in Da Nang for a reunion and she coordinated all of our details. The entire staff at the hotel was fantastic at every level. Food was awesome, hospitality great, and the setting is beautiful and so very peaceful! Thank you, Ms. Vi!

We arrived at Sandy Beach hotel after an extraordinary stay at a hotel in Cambodia so our expectations were high. Unfortunately, Sandy Beach hotel was just ok and we were a bit disappointed. The rooms badly need updating with a broken cabinet door hinge,a toilet that doesn’t flush easily, and low shower pressure. The service is minimal with no one helping with bags at reception, or pouring coffee at and clearing plates at breakfast. The beach is beautiful, though, with a nice boardwalk for easy walking, and the spa is great with nice little touches like an herbal foot bath before a massage. The lounge/reception area is open and very nice for friends to gather. In all, it’s a good value for the money but it would be even better if they updated the rooms and gave better service.

Breakfast was good. Chung was amazing. We really enjoyed chatting with her. She offered lots of support snd advice.

I think the employee need to be able to speak a little more English.
