Lovely hotel. Received complimentary upgrade. What a view. Friendly, helpful staff. Good spa and food. This was my 3rd visit

Nice atmosphere combining sport and family activities

We were attending a wedding and stayed overnight. The venue is really good for a wedding however the rooms are a bit dated and not having Aircon on a warm evening made the room quite uncomfortable. The self service breakfast was average considering it is an upmarket hotel. Overall a n expensive room being over £300 for a family room and 3 people.

We had a lovely time beds comfortable shower was good the only thing we would say negative was the new restaurant was well over priced and a bit disappointing but the time we spent in the hotel was great .Albert Maureen

Beautiful hotel. First time staying. Would recommend. Food is excellent. Hotel very clean and tidy although work was being carried out on site.

Rooms are totally out of date

The hotel and staff were wonderful, as usual. The facility was recently acquired by the Galgorm group, so they are in the process of upgrading and installing new features. Disruption is kept to a minimum and did not affect our stay.

Excellent

Lovely girlie night away with spa treatments. Very nice best and comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast.. only thing is the entertainment. Music was to start at 9.30pm but didn’t or at 10pm .. would have given then place a better atmosphere.
