Staff friendly and professional

Being new to the area this hotel was recommended to me for my elderly parents. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and made the stay to attend their granddaughters wedding an extra special experience. In future I shall be recommending this hotel to all of my visitors.

Slight mix up on the booking for the first night - but it was swiftly rectified very professionally by the staff.

I don't usually bother writing reviews, but feel that she needs to be recognised by management. ​From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth, she was full of joy, wore a permanent big smile, and was always incredibly happy to help with any request, no matter how small.
