Very clean and the staff was awesome, they upgraded my room from a small bed to a king size bed

It's your basic motel. Nothing really great, nothing really bad either.

The hotel was okay for the price, but was more of a $45 room than a $55. The facility was a little worn down from age. It is clear the owners are making it as acceptable as possible and they were very friendly and helpful when I checked in and out. It was acceptable for a weekend to see my son during Parents weekend.

The place smelled like cigarettes. Everything from the pillows to the covers. It was like sleeping inside an ashtray.

Outside of the hotel it smelled like cat urine. When i walked into my room, there was a terrible stench. Black mold in the bathroom. The owners ordered me to leave an extra $50 security deposit on top of the hotel cost. They stated it would take 3 business days to readd it back to my card if they found no issues with the room, so i made sure to take pictures of all the existing damage. Still waiting for them to deposit the $50 back in my account.

Good rate, good location

Good for the price. A clean bed and a shower is basically what we needed. The aesthetic was not very great as it seemed there were a lot of sketchy patrons in the parking lot. The room was basic, no coffee maker, fridge, or microwave (though we really had no need). There were vending machines in the main office and coffee in the morning (although I didnt try it). The room itself had what looked like holes punched in the walls that had been patched over. Housekeeping spilled my friends drink all over the floor and although they threw away the cup, made no attempt to soak up the soda. The first night there I kicked my socks off in my sleep and then I never saw them again (guess that means they change the sheets though??). Shower seemed dirty already. Always had fresh towels, plenty of toiletries, and the bed was neatly made. Close to where we needed to go, good location w restaurants and gas in the area. Service at the counter was easy and friendly. Would stay again, honestly.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly upon check in. The check in procedure was fast and easy. The Issue I have was finding bed bugs in the room. I know this can happen anywhere but I was attacked by multiple bed bugs and brought a live critter to the front desk attendant. After calling hotels.com she switched us rooms after a few hours. Which seemed to long to wait and have bed bugs crawling on my stuff. We where not offered any compensation for this situation it was handled like it was nothing. So now I have to pay for the bed bug spray and cleaning all of my luggage and items before I can bring anything in to my home. I just feel if this happens you should at the very least be compensated for the price and cost of disinfecting your items so you are not paying thousands to disinfect your home. I was given 10 bucks to do my laundry but the bed bug spray was 20 bucks really doesn't cover that or the itching feeling and paranoia I have felt for days.

Was pleasantly surprised. Pulled up and thought what a dive, but great service, spacious, Quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
