Great pool Amazing interior The heated toilet seat was above and beyond.

The location was close to everything and easy to get to where we needed.

We still love the courtyard ambience, and the staff were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The early check-in was much appreciated!

We were disappointed that the Brixx Pub/Restaurant was undergoing renovations and was closed at this time. Wish we had known that before booking. We ended up walking to Mr. Mike's for dinner. The bed was a little hard and we didn't have the best sleep. The sink and bathtub did not drain properly, but the staff were going to notify maintenance to address the issue.

Das Wasser im Pool war trüb, es sind dort viele Kinder laut im Wasser und spritzen herum - nichts für Erwachsene. Das Wasser im Pool war milchig trüb - die wurde schon von anderen Gästen vor langer Zeit bemängelt, aber es wurde vom Hotel nichts dagegen getan. Wir haben ein Berhinderten-Zimmer bekommen - ohne es zu wollen. Das Bad war mit spezial Toilette etc. Wir haben für 2 Erwaxhsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Das Hotel hat es nicht geschafft das Sofabett auszuklappen und zu beziehen. Nach Reklamation haben wir dann Bettwäsche bekommen - diese mussten wir selber beziehen. Für so einen Service muss ich kein Prestige Hotel buchen, sondern kann auch in ein Hostel gehen. Die Türen der Rezeption öffnen nicht automatisch - Prestige oder Hostel? Im Atrium darf man keinen Alkohol trinken.
