É um Hotel bom , fico ali sempre que vou a Campo Grande pela localização

Quando contratei, o café da manhã estava incluso deixei outras opções por esta questão, viajei com a família para um evento com minha filha, onde tem renite e os quartos com cheiro de mofo onde comuniquei e fui informado que não tinha o que fazer

Localização.

Atendimento ruim, quarto não cheirava bem. Toalhas gastas e sujas. Vazava água pelo box na pia e no chão, ao lado da privada. Colchão mole, desconfortável. Quarto úmido.

A água da banheira demorava muito pra encher e não estava saindo água quente direito, acho que esse era um ponto a melhorar.

O atendimento dos funcionários é execelente, cafe da manhã impecável.

Possui quartos que podem se tornar maiores através de uma "porta" caso você reserva quarto pequeno a porta fica fechada, nisso tivemos problemas pois as pessoas que ficaram no quarto ao lado fumavam no quarto e conversavam muito alto, a equipe nos trocou de quarto estou grávida e era impossivel permanecer no nosso quarto devido ao cheiro forte de cigarro.
