"Großer Name - Leistung sehr durchwachsen"

Tolle Lage, viel Kunst überall, sehr ruhig innerhalb der Zimmer. Unsere Junior Suite schien recht neu möbliert. Gut gereinigt.

Zimmer:in unserer Junior Suite 310 kaum Ablage für Kleidung, wir haben uns die drei Nächte organisiert. im separaten WC Flecken/Spritzer an der Wand, das ist wirklich sehr unappetitlich. Das Sofa ist wohl als Schlafsofa gedacht, aber nicht angenehm zu sitzen, die sitzpolster rutschen dauernd nach vorne. Für mein Empfinden ein recht hartes Bett. Der Blick vom sehr ruhigen Zimmer ging in einen hässlichen kleinen Innenhof, dafür stand vor unserem bettfenster eine unglaublich tolle blühende Kastanie! Beim checkin wenig warme Freundlichkeit, keine Gepäckhilfe angeboten, kaum Erklärung zum Hotel. Im Zimmer kein Wasser, keine kleine Begrüssungsgeste. Frühstück und Dinner waren so durchwachsen bewertet, dass wir das Risiko nicht eingangen sind und außerhalb sehr gut gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen haben.
