Emplacement pratique, salle de restaurant sympa et petit dej’ varié.

Accueil et chambres vétustes, tarif du petit déjeuner extrêmement élevé. Ma copine a voulu me faire peur et s’est planqué sous le lit elle est ressortie blanche de poussière.

Je connais cet hôtel depuis des années. Mais l'organisation a bien changé. Il y a des années il vallait vraiment ses 3 étoiles à part le restaurant.

L'expérience client, la direction, le personnel changent régulièrement. Mais je suis attachée à cet établissement. Les bains romains sont impossibles à joindre. Donc plus de conseils. Malheureusement cet hôtel si bien placé devient de plus en plus vieux. Même piscine, même chambre heureusement les chambres du 4 ème étage donnent un peu plus de fraîcheur.

Le personnel très gentil, l'emplacement , le calme, le lit très confortable

Il faudrait revoir les produits cosmétiques (gel douche) impossible de prendre une douche après le jacuzzi le flacon était vide et dans la douche de ma chambre je n'avais que de l'après shampoing et un petit cendrier sur le balcon serait le bienvenu
