"Absolument pas à la hauteur d'un 4*"

le manque d'honnêteté quand on arrive dans un 4* et que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas alors qu'il fait 38) dehors. Le pain industriel pour un pdj à 20€ !! LA responsable qui crie sur son employé à l'accueil devant les clients

Det låg väldigt smidigt med parkering

Vi hade bokat för 4 personer men det var enbart klart och bäddat för 2 personer. Personalen var sedan dessutom ovilliga att hjälpa till, när det saknades saker sent på kvällen löste inte personalen det utan gick i par ut och rökte istället. När det visade sig sedan saknas även handdukar ville dom inte lämna ut det heller förrän 10 minuter senare när dom gjort klart något vid datorn gemensamt. De hade en kyl med läsk bakom men vägrade sälja för det hade gått 20 minuter efter 22. Trots att dom inte hade ens löst hotellet rummet till dess. Katastrofalt!!

L'emplacement à Belfort

L'établissement a fait appel à un décorateur qui a eu la bonne idée "minimaliste" de retirer tous les meubles de rangement. En conséquence, vous ne pouvez pas ranger vos vêtements quand vous résidez pour quelques jours. L'employé de l'accueil a eu la gentillesse de me donner une chambre de catégorie supérieure, mais même dans ce cas le rangement est très limité. Ce qui est regrettable c'est que cet hôtel avait un mobilier tout à fait convenable et en harmonie avec les besoins des voyageurs. Les décideurs de ces changements négatifs ne doivent pas souvent voyager. Le restaurant a une carte très minimaliste également.
