Good staff, clean great lock!

The property was clean and well kept. It was decorated beautifully. The staff was prompt, friendly and helpful. Willing to go above and beyond.

There was nothing I disliked.

I liked the homey and safe feeling of this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of highway noise even though the hotel is right off the interstate

1. There was no way to bathe in our room. The diverter was broken making the shower portion unusable. I figured I would just take a bath instead, the drain plug was also broken so no go for the bath. We could’ve asked to switch rooms but we were exhausted and only staying for one night. The next morning I made sure to the tell the employee at the front desk, she seemed completely disinterested in my complaint and just said “ok I’ll let maintenance know”, no apology for the inconvenience or anything else, I got the impression she was just going to forget immediately and the next guest would have to suffer the same inconvenience. 2. The room doors are weighted to close automatically but they don’t have a soft close function so I was awakened pre-dawn by massive slamming doors all up and down the hallway which also shook the walls of our room

Pool was good, steam sauna was a plus.

It was a great stay walking distance from the downtown happenings! I’ll gladly stay here again!

We liked the hotel was within walking distance of the rest if town. We wished it had an elevator. We found the staff quite helpful.

Super friendly staff

It was very easy to check in..

The room looked like it wasn't vacuum, stains on the white towels, stains on the chair, bathroom floor was dirty, refrigerator was dirty, the bed was like laying in a log pile. The back door was unlocked all night, and there was no security with the door open. Pieces of garbage all around the ends of the bed. And asked for up grade, and this is what I get. Will never stay there again.
