Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ruhig, sauber und wirklich sehenswert

Die Rezeption war nicht so freundlich und einladend. Im Restaurant wurde ein herablassender Umgang mit dem Personal gepflegt, sowas finde ich absolut nicht in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren jung und haben sich sehr bemüht aber habe in der kurzen Zeit leider viele unfreundliche Situationen erlebt.

Schöne ruhige Lage am Wald, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und gepflegt.

Spa und Pool nur gegen Aufpreis, Ausstattung Zimmer und Bad entsprechen leider nicht den heute üblichen Standards eines vier Sterne Hotels. Wasserdruck und Temperatur in der Dusche ständig schwankend, kaum und nicht attraktive Pflegeprodukte im Bad, kein Wasserkocher, kaum Getränkeauswahl in der Minibar, nicht an jedem Bett Steckdosen, kein Hinweis auf hauseigenes wlan. Nach Aussage des Rezeptionisten keine Möglichkeit, außerhalb der Frühstückszeit ein Warmgetränk zu erhalten. War in unserem Fall ärgerlich, da Hotel im Wald, kein Café oä in der Nähe, Partner erkältet und keine Möglichkeit auf dem Zimmer.
