Having a medical condition that requires frequent medical trips to multiple locations this was by far the easiest, nicest and most comfortable stay I have had to date. From checking in to checking out they made sure that I had everything I needed, including a special Mayo Clinic room rate (no matter what day of the week it was). It also should be stated that the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Thank you for making a not so fun visit to Jacksonville, FL much better.

Alexandria (sp?) at the front desk excelled in customer service. We found our room to be clean and very comfortable. My husband has had several appts at the Mayo Clinic over the past several months. Last time, we stayed at the hotel closest to Mayo's campus. The cleanliness and excellent customer service at your hotel far surpasses that hotel.

The hotel was really nice, staff was great and nice view of Golf Course and lakes. I will definitely use this hotel again. The Breakfast was very good and room was clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely would recommend this hotel and safe area. Nice having a Publix, Walgreens and only 15mins to Beach.
