Ich bin schon zum X-ten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Wasserkocher und eine Auswahl an Tees, sowie Instant-Kaffee. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist unschlagbar

Leide wohnen oft sehr laute männliche Gäste im Hotel, die nicht sehr viel von Nachtruhe halten oder so schnarchen, dass die Wände zittern...

"Unbearably hot room, no A/C – had to leave within an hour"

The room was clean and well-maintained.

I booked this room for my relatives who came from the USA with two young children. They checked in around 10 PM. The room was decent but extremely warm. When they asked about air conditioning, the receptionist said most hotels in Germany don't have A/C. The hotel mentioned a fan facility in the description, but according to the weather, a traveler cannot judge if a fan is okay – there must be an air conditioner in the room. They were given two fans, one of which made a loud noise. The room stayed unbearably hot, so they had to check out within an hour (around 11 PM) and find another hotel. A very stressful experience after a long international flight. Highly disappointing.
