Days Inn by Wyndham Hutchinson

Firstly they took forever to check us in and then put us in a room that was nothing like what I reserved online a week prior. I reserved a king bed and they put us in a room with two twin beds. Ridiculous. The air conditioning unit was so loud and barely kept things cool so we all struggled to sleep. Overall the hallways were dirty and the staff was rude.

The property has been cleaned up and rooms upgraded in the past 2 years. Much improvement! Too bad the restaurant and bar wasn’t available as advertised. Would have been nice after a long trip.

Indoor pool area was the worst. Low ceiling, high humidity.

This hotel was renovated since I visited last summer. Now there is new paint and carpets. The beautiful and cozy sitting areas are scattered throughout the hotel. It featured an Indoor pool, yummy breakfasts, close to Masonic West Park and restaurants. The walking/biking paths along the Crow River are lovely. It is also just a block from the amazing McLeod County History Museum.

I wish there was a hot tub. Also, one of the outside doors to parking lot had a faulty electronic lock and could not be accessed from outside.

Very clean and nice

Hotel room was dirty, especially the toilet, but also the fridge and floors needed to be cleaned. Bathroom door handle was falling off. Had to request a new room and it was not much better in terms of cleanliness. Air conditioner in 2nd room did not cool the room. Room was damp and musty smelling. Main door stuck and had to be shoved hard to be opened. Microwave was dirty. Ceiling by vending machine was dripping. At least the breakfast room was clean. We had stayed in the past and had a good experience, but after this stay we will not book this hotel again.

Beds were comfortable and location was good.Susan, the desk clerk was most helpful in trying to get us in a room that would accommodate us. She is awesome Overworked, being a ," one-man " band on a jammed weekend.n

Cramped bed arrangement. We could not get my power chair comfortably situated. Luckily we did get a room but due to an error on booking, the room was in no way ADA.
