The gym

The fact that when we checked in and got our room we found a open condom laying beside the bed and nightstand. The man in charge of house keeping came right to the room and picked it up and he was so nice and very sweet but that's nasty. Paying 293.00 for a nights stay and can't even switch rooms after that because they didn't have anymore was just awful. Plus giving us a food card to a buffet that was disgusting to be honest was not a way to pay us back for that!!!!

That I could check in early

I had to pay to check in early. The holding fee was too much money The power kept cutting off. The elevators were broke. It said the room came with breakfast. I would have had to pay 28.00 per person for that The television was very old. Could not connect to my apps There was no microwave and when I called the front desk to ask if they had one. The person told me they would bring one to the room and that never happened. No ice machines
