The staff is very accommodating. As far as the price its very reasonable .We love staying at the hyatt in Long Island. King beds are really comfortable and let's not forget the breakfast buffet

It is our go to hotel when we come back to Long island. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Elevators weren't working for part of our stay and had to take the service elevator which was a bit inconvenient.

Pool was dirty and freezing, hotel was mostly dirty. The food was astronomically expensive and disgusting as well. The he staff is awesome and helpful tho. Other than that severely disappointed in the price of the room. For what we paid and from the pictures we expected a way better experience. We won’t be coming back ever again, doesn’t matter how great the staff was
