According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms and 16 inches length. It is necessary to present the animal vaccination card. New guidelines from MTur Ordinance No. 28/2025: The daily rate corresponds to a 24-hour period, including the time allocated for sanitizing, tidying, and cleaning the unit, at no additional cost to the guest, in accordance with MTur Ordinance No. 28/2025. Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is until 12 PM the following day, although in specific cases, an additional period of up to 3 hours may be necessary for unit preparation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge, which will always be informed in advance. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers 24 hours, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
