We would like to inform you that façade renovation work is currently taking place in the inner courtyard until May 31, 2026. Manque d'eau chaude quand toutes les salles de bains en demandent en même temps. Le parking qui n'est pas disponible pour les clients booking, indispensable de réserver avant.

"Comfortable stay to explore the beautiful town of Beaune."

Excellent location. Friendly efficient service. Lovely bar area and we enjoyed the food served in the restaurant. Their parking garage was perfect.

Shower fell off the wall.

"Perfect for a city break in Beaune"

A 4 star hotel full of cachet with renovated rooms. Beautiful decoration, warm atmosphere with a classy cosy bar and snooker area. Amazing service and staff kindness and availability. Easy to park for free. Right at the entrance of Beaune old town. We ll come back!

Maybe an effort could be made on the breakfast with more local products

"Goed hotel maar minder ontbijt"

Locatie en vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Ontbijt was niet in verhouding tot de standaard van het hotel, dit had niet te maken met het meisje wat dit beheerde want om dit allemaal alleen te doen is dit gewoon onmogelijk. Maar om dan een in verhouding duur ontbijt te betalen, is er niet voldoende keus en aanbod. Plus door de werkdruk ook niet aangevuld. Dus ontbijt ter plaatse is af te raden.
