Great location and helpful staff.

Clean quiet great staff( Honey and Carlos). They’re renovating but don’t hold it against them the rooms are great. I stayed last week and came back without hesitation I highly recommend!!

Nothing they’re doing fantastic

Where to begin, don’t waste your money on staying here. My daughter (18) and I had reservations for one night. We didn’t even make it 30 minutes before we were booking a different hotel just down the road. The lobby is NOTHING like the photos. There is no furniture or decorations, just open floor and a cluttered front desk. We were told that we would need to go up the curved staircase, through the gym to get to the outside walkway that would lead to our room. I tried to rationalize that maybe they are remodeling, but no mention of this was given by the man at the front desk. As we crossed the gym, and I use this term very loosely, we had to step over a dirty pair of rubber gloves to get to the outside door. We then walked the short distance to our room, passing what smelled like an outhouse of a room just a door way from ours. The flooring of the outside walkway had been removed and the only outside stairway was “closed” due to the covering on it also having been removed. So in an emergency, we would have had to go though the gym again to get down to the first floor. This did not make either of us feel safe, and the room didn’t help. It smelled and there was a used Q-tip between the bed, peanut butter and jelly on the night stand between the beds and crumbs on the table where the microwave was. The bathroom did not look sanitary and there was hair in the sink. We booked another hotel right then and there. This place is not worth the $82 dollars they charged.

king upgrade

no breakfast ad booking stated, no pool for many yrs

The lobby was filthy. There were cups with moldy liquids sitting on the tables. There is no front desk person, just a kiosk with a girl from India that you can hardly understand. The room was disgusting. There was no continental breakfast as advertised.

The place is under renovation, not clean, I had problems with kiosk checkin, no staff on site, no breakfast

I book two nights but only stayed one night I didn't get a refund on the next night
