Mariage au château proche de l hôtel, pratique pour l occasion. Hôtel propre, accueil agréable et possibilité de déjeuner et dîner sur place au courte paille attenant. Animaux de compagnie acceptés, réel avantage.

Réservation facile et rapide. Check-in : réceptionniste très agréable! Accueillants, bienveillants, serviables. Chambre : très agréable, configuration de la chambre très pratique avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Lits confortables. Choix restauration aux alentour : nickel, restaurant grill connecté à l’hôtel. Hippopotamus accessible à pied, centre commercial à 5 min en voiture. Tesla : borne de recharge situées dans le centre commercial à côte. Bornes de recharge d’un autre opérateur disponible sur le parking (prix moins intéressant que chez Tesla… - mais pratique en cas d’urgence) Petit déjeuner : exactement ce que nous souhaitions en terme de choix. Aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adulte. Service post-séjour : parfait!!! Nous avions oublié des choses dans les chambres après notre départ, les réceptionnistes ont su nous rassurer et réagir. Ils ont mis de côté nos affaires pendant 1 semaines, que nous avons récupéré sur le trajet du retour. Au second passage, café au bar pour reprendre des forces. La personne (barista ? Barman ?) qui était derrière le bar était top.

We woke up late and missed breakfast. We asked the lady serving breakfast if it was too late and she kindly prepared us a breakfast just for us. She was so friendly and helpful. Her service was above and beyond and we can't thank her enough. Réception was also very friendly. Id recommend this hotel purely for the servive. Only negative was the air con in the room which was 26c all night.

Easy parking, but not secure. Very basic accommodation...can't imagine what Ibis budget is like. We have stayed in better Ibis. I think this one is ready for a refurb.

Très bien situé par rapport à notre activité au palais des congrès. Nous avons subi un vol de plaque d'immatriculation à l'avant du véhicule sur le parking sécurisé!

Hôtel où l’on se sent bien! Chambre spacieuse, propre Le restaurant Courtepaille au rdc de l’hôtel, un vrai plus! Et la proximité avec le tramway allant au centre-ville de Bordeaux également !
