ibis Bordeaux Lac

Habitación grande. Muy recomendable si se va en coche, tiene posibilidad de desayuno, y restaurante con un horario amplio teniendo en cuenta que es Francia. Tranvía a unos minutos, con mucha frecuencia. La habitación de 2 camas, las camas son pequeñas, y podían ser más cómodas. Estuve en otra ocasión (hace años)en habitación con cama doble y comodísima.

J’ai du payer les petits déjeuner pour mes enfants malgré une réservation avec l’option dès l’arrivée. Chauffage éteint lors de notre arrivé. Matelas complètement hs! 2 serviettes pour 4 ça fait juste. Je passerai mon chemin la prochaine fois. Le niveau de ce ibis est moyen comparé au autres où j’ai dormi.

Decent budget hotel on the outskirts of Bordeaux. Good trams nearby. There was a rugby match on the night of arrival so very busy. Good restaurant next to the hotal. Staff worked very hard and were fantastic 👏

Check in was extremely long, there was no check in clerk I had to call someone and when someone eventually came he asked us to wait as he was on a long ass call. My wife and I very often choose Ibis as our go to hotel and this hotel was by far the worst we have stayed at, but I suppose you what you pay for

The hotel was a disgrace, the bedding was so thin, and the hotel never had any on site (close) disabled parking, The bathroom was disgraceful only one Bath size towel and two small thread bare hand towels for two adults . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, neither should you.

Comfortable, spacious and very clean room. Restaurant on site very convenient. Easy access to tram into the City Centre.

Service is good but room wasn’t that clean
