Perfekte Lage nahe Neuem Rathaus und Altstadt. Alles neu und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis‐Leistungsverhätnis ist sehr gut ... wenn nur das Problem mit der Lüftung nicht wäre, wären es gerne 9 Punkte gewesen.

Deutlicher Pubktabzug für die extrem nervige Lüftung im ganzen Haus und auf allen Zimmern, aussagegsmäß zentral gesteuert und nicht abschaltbar. Geht morgens um 6.45 Uhr an und abends um 22 Uhr aus. Zimmer daher den ganzen Tag zu kalt und vor allem zugig, vom störenden Geräusch in der Früh ganz zu schweigen. Tiefgarage ist relativ eng.
