I paid hotels com 80.00. The rooms were filthy with bugs on the walls. Fight break out at one am. Tub unusable it was so dirty. Black grease looking stuff around toilet and tub. Took forever to check in front office guy was very nice. Only positive about my experience. We looked on google and it was a two star. What a dirty dump. Hotels com needs to get them off their list now

I made a reservation online while traveling to a healthcare work assignment in Jackson, MS to cover staff shortage from COVID-19. The hotel advertised as pet friendly online when I made the reservation. When I arrived the front door clerk was terribly rude & told me no pets were allowed. I asked why the hotel advertised as pet friendly online. I responded that I hoped I wouldn't be charged for booking when I made the reservation because they were supposed to be pet friendly.

Though I did receive eventually a full refund with a little bit of help from my attorney sister having a talk with the front desk after they refused me a full refund, here is what you can expect at this hotel. The photos I have provided are fairly self-explanatory. However they were only the tip of the iceberg of the filth you can expect to see at this hotel. I want you to look at their advertised photos of the room. This is a clear case of false advertising. It is a catfish scenario in hotel form. Note the large tube televisions in all of their cleans spiffy Hotel posted images. Those room photos have to be at least 25 years old. There are no tube televisions. That's called false advertising and definitely dates those photos as images from years ago! The hotel is absolutely not in that condition today. I will be following up my review here with a complaint to the fire department and the Board of Health. Hotel Owner: Please be advised, duping consumers is against the law! Offering rooms that are hazardous based on covid-19 sanitation standards is illegal. These rooms cannot be safely sanitized in their present condition. This hotel needs to be shut down for the safety of the public. Absent smoke detectors is going to cause deaths in the event of a fire and you will be to blame.

Not pet friendly.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I have stayed in some borderline nasty places but this one trumps them all! If you're looking for a "roach motel," this place is for you. The "complimentary continental breakfast" is an absolute joke. There is mold and mildew everywhere. Can lead paint harm adults? lol This place is ridiculous. Honestly, not sure how this place is still operating. Pay the extra 15-20 bucks and don't sleep in filth.

Outdated and not very clean. Wouldn’t recommend although the staff was accommodating. The property wasn’t comfortable.

If you want a clean cheap place to stay choose this hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a place in desperate need of remodeling. The staff was friendly. The room was basic and the location was good for my needs. You won't find much updated, do don't expect it. The desk clerk was helpful and found me a better price than I got online

That was the nastiest hotel I ve ever stayed in: First room they gave us this awe full scent hit me when we open the door. I think it was the carpet: it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in 10 yrs. We had to put the windows up in order to breath. Felt like I was going to throw up! The bathroom was disgusting had some dirty rag on the pipe on the sink, trash can and shower was filthy Then we found blood on the sheets. They moved us to another room which was cleaner but it had ants and bugs in it. Telephone was old and had dirt you could pick up with your finger. Had no place to hang your clothes, floor near the air conditioning felt like it would cave in.. I will never ever stay there again!
