Very friendly staff and clean room. The pool is a nice bonus. No A/C, but it didn’t get too hot. The place could use some updates, but if you’re here for the outdoors and not spending all day in the room, it’s a great spot to stay.

Carpet in the halls were dirty, elevator was not clean, washer was broken, abd drug addicts hanging around the outside .

They have roaches big ones and lil ones as well as ticks... the hotel refused to answer the phone for hotels.com and refused to refund me... we traveled from Detroit to Louisville and this experience was horrible... NEVER SLEEP HERE.... i booked for 2 days stayed 2 hours and was forced to pay full balance for both nights no help from hotels.com or microtel

The ac in my room did not work the temp outside at 2am was 88 degrees I woke up to it being almost 110 in my room. Hotel staff unwilling to discount room even though the ac was report to night clerk who was going to send maintenance but nobody ever came to help no other room option was given and I was expected to stay in the hotel room all night long the was inhumane and unacceptable

Bed was like an accordion. Very cozy otherwise.After a gummy or 2 I felt like I was in the ewok village.

Ants EVERYWHERE!

The location is perfect and the beds were comfortable.

The place looks nice from the outside but that is very deceiving. The rooms inside need to be refurbished because too many things are broken, falling apart, rusty and just nasty smelling. The price of the room does not match the quality.

Good value for the price. It was quiet, clean, and felt safe. Opted to skip the breakfast but otherwise it was fine for the price.
