"Convenient, friendly with super comfy beds."

Only a few minutes from the ferry port, the hotel is bright and airy with friendly staff. Rooms are huge and the aircon actually works! The most comfy bed I’ve slept in in a long time! Would definitely return.

"Generally satisfied for a one night stay"

Good location when arriving on a late evening ferry. Arrived 22.30 & still places in car park (cost £6) and reception was manned. Staff helpful. Bed was comfortable, shower fine

Long walk through the building to get to room - shorter way necessitated going outside Bed settee was made up ( not requested) which meant there was no where to sit other than the bed ( no chairs)

The bed was comfy

The food was awful. The showers were terrible at best, the breakfast staff were rude and uninterested. Breakfast wasn't cooked, raw bacon, 2 day old dry egg, dirty tables.
