Holiday Inn Express Dallas Market Center by IHG

The staff was friendly, the building was very clean, the bed comfortable. The soap, shampoo & conditioner in the room was a nice name brand.

Hard to find even with GPS. I use a wheelchair, the elevator doors constantly started closing while I was trying to get to it. I reserved a roll in shower in an Accessable room. It may have been "accessable" but not a roll in. The tub bench flooded the bathroom when I tried to use it because it hung over the side of the tub, so had to call house keeping to get a shower chair. Quite hours were posted but not enforced. The snack food/cold food area was poorly stocked. No plates or utilities were offered, had to request from front desk.

Well located and good breakfast.

The first room was dirty, even leftover pizza from previous guest. Then they transferred us to a new room that was also dirty! Finally the third one was clean, but after only 1 night, the ceiling cracked and stinky water was dropping on my mom’s head while she was using the toilet!

Close to Market Center

Bathrooms weren’t very clean, some of the towels had stains on them.

It was super convenient being so close to Dallas market hall…we also loved the roominess of the double queen room and the continental breakfast was amazing with a huge selection both mornings we were there! We will definitely be staying here again for the next convention!!

Nice people

I was upgraded to a suite because they couldn’t give me the 2 queen bed room I reserved. Even with 2 thermostats I could not cool down the room to sleep comfortably. Also, when I checked into the room I found worms in the toilet which was very off putting and I wouldn’t use that bathroom any during my stay.

Great place

Plenty of parking available even with a full house at the hotel. Room was clean and the staff was great!
