Location

The stay was disappointing. There were hairs in the bed from previous guests, which made the room feel unclean. Basic guest amenities were also missing - I could not get even a simple disposable comb at the hotel or spa. The biggest issue was the misleading room offer on Booking.com. The hotel later confirmed in writing that all reservations include access to the Wellness Centre and that they do not offer room-only stays without spa access. However, Booking.com displayed a cheaper “Standard Room” and a more expensive “Standard Room with Spa Access”, which made me pay more for something that was apparently already included for every guest. This felt unfair and misleading. This is not just a minor misunderstanding - it is a serious misrepresentation of the offer. Customers should not be charged more for a feature that is already included in every reservation. This feels deceptive and extremely unfair.
