Nothing they went against 3rd part policy. Charged my card @ 11am before check in which was 4pm. They then sold my room. And didn’t have another room for inconvenience.

"For $119 a night you would expect ALOT better"

The lobby is nice

The dirty rooms, cigarette burns all over the carpet, mold in the bath tub, the smelly rooms. The front desk lady told us we could get a refund because there was no other rooms available to move us too. And we have yet to get it
