I like it for its location and staff in the reception is nice.

One more thing I found quite uncomfortable was the housekeeping/check-out situation. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m., but a staff member knocked on my door at around 9:30 a.m. If I had not responded, I felt they might have entered the room. I am not sure whether they were trying to clean the room or check if I had left, but I have rarely experienced this at other hotels. It was quite unsettling, because I could still have been sleeping or not fully dressed at that time. Since the official check-out time is 11:00 a.m., guests should be able to stay in the room until then without feeling rushed or disturbed. The early knock made me feel as if I was being pushed to leave before the agreed check-out time.
