Clean the air in room

Breakfast consisted of prepackaged honey buns. No ice in ice maker. Sketchy area. Dirty room

Evening check in was fine. Friendly helpful desk clerk.

Hotel is older so didn't expect luxury but beds weren't very comfortable and bedding was old. Pillowcases gray. Toilet seat was loose. There was a problem with the morning desk clerk who showed up at our room and was entering when we returned from breakfast. When we asked why he demanded that we pay as we were supposed to be checked out. It was 10 minutes after check out but we were already paid through the next day which we were able to clear up. Fortunately I was assured by the manager when we got home that the employee was written up and being delta with.

Safe location, very close proximity to shopping mall & restaurants

The bed was comfortable

There was a musty smell when we walked into the room. We initially thought it was maybe due to A/C not being on and possible recent house keeping completed as floor was wet around the bathroom area. We didn’t locate the smell until the next morning when the microwave was opened and there was moldy food that had been left from previous guests. Also the tub felt that if you made a wrong move you would potentially fall through it. I did report this to the front desk upon check out and was not offered anything but a “ok”

It was in a great spot close to a convent store and place to get food and I just had one complain we ask the cleaning lady not to go and clean are room well she didn’t but still went and took all the towel from the room so we bought some to finish off our stay but beside that great place loved it thank u

The front desk lady was super sweet. The room was clean but very outdated. We felt like we were in the 70’s! It was a very enjoyable stay.
