Quality Inn West Plains

We had the book of historical places to see and visit while there and the book had my husbands mother's walking park in it and were allowed to bring g that home with us. Exceptional staff and managers!

Only had one small mishap upon arrival and it was taken care of immediately!

The room was nice and clean

We had to leave early due to a family emergency we were told by the night staff if we checked out before 11am the following day we would receive a refund for the last day we didnt use we checked out about 9am the following day but were told by the day staff that because we prepaid our hotel stay we weren't able to get back a refund of any kind so we said okay and said sinse we had to pay for it anyway we were going to let one of our family members use our paid for room the staff told us okay yall can do that then not even an hour after we left our family member tells us they have canceled the room keys so the staff literally waited for us to leave and canceled the keys to the room so they agreed to us doing this then basically stole from us because we chose to book ahead through booking.com we got screwed
