Very nice staff was accommodating. No issues.

The staff/owner were wonderful. The property seems under renovation and/or newly purchased with some repairs still needing to be made. Rates reflect, in my opinion, a good price even so. Beds were very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The owner was willing to be present to me at midnight on a late arrival with very little notice. Several restaurants within a mile. Charming area.

Employees are very friendly and responsive and there is a good, cheap diner across the street. The price is right. Just understand that this is a cheap motel with the connotations that may summon. They had to move me to another room after someone next door to me began yelling and thumping--maybe in withdrawal? All residents must be in by 11pm. Works for biking the C&O.

The room was okay but dirty, the bed sheets had blood stains on them and the bathroom was disgusting, nothing the cleaning service could do, the entire place needs overhauled, there were hardly any rooms taken and they put us next to someone who I suppose lives there and they weee up all night talking and laughing. So much for some peace and quiet. The girl at the front desk was very nice and personable but I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel

The property was very nice and it was off the road, so there was no traffic noise. There was no noise from the other clients.

Front deck tried to charge me more for room. The bed had bugs and stains on sheets and comforter hair all over bed got refund and stayed in Martinsburg

For what I paid ($65), this was a fine option. This is an old property with brand new owners who seem to be at the very beginning of updating it. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and the walls were freshly painted. The bed was clean and comfortable. There's wildlife all around, a restaurant across the street, and you can walk into town. That said, there are still a lot of things that need to be renovated, so be ready for that.
