Der Rezeptionist am Abend der Ankunft war unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war toll, sauber und komfortabel, tolles Badezimmer! Toll ist die Möglichkeit zum 24-H-Check-In und die Lage direkt an der Autobahn. Die Tiefgarage fürs Auto ist auch geschickt.

Leider sind wir direkt auf dem Weg zum Zimmer um Mitternacht im Aufzug stecken geblieben, haben es aber nach ein paar Minuten rausgeschafft. Mir wurde mehrfach zugesagt, es gäbe ein veganes Frühstück für mich. Davon wusste nur leider beim Frühstück wirklich niemand. Das war doof, weil ich nichts essen konnte und trotzdem bezahlt hatte. Generell war das Frühstück ziemlich enttäuschend und das Geld nicht wert, nächstes Mal hätte ich mir was vom Supermarkt geholt. Würden wiederkommen, aber diesmal ohne Frühstück!
