La proximité du centre et le parking privé

A l'arrivée, la personne d'accueil m'a,plus ou moins reproché, d'avoir réservé par Booking, au lieu d'avoir choisi le site d'Accor. Elle ne voulait pas que je puisse bénéficier du parking, pour cette raison et j'ai dû insister,alors que j'avais choisi le Mercure pour son parking.De plus le petit-déjeuner est moyen et ne mérite pas le prix (21€/pp).Continuerai-je à être client de Mercure? Pas sûr !

Le manque de choix au petit déjeuner. un petit déjeuner à 21 euros se doit d'être irréprochable. Je travaille pour un T.O Kuoni/Dertour France. Nous vendons du voyage moyen et haut de gamme. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel 4 * pour nos 30 Ans de vie commune avec mon épouse, nous avions séjourné précédemment à l'hôtel Mercure de Rambouillet vous êtes à des années lumières du niveau de standing de cet hôtel. Vous l'aurez compris il y à de la déception dans l'air. Parking Payant en plus !
