L'emplacement le cadre, le restaurant

Le personnel à l'accueil, une catastrophe, a notre arrivée pour récupérer 4 chambres, au paiement du restaurant et au départ !!!! La chambre était très bien à part que la climatisation ne marchait pas!! C'est un 4 étoiles c'est pas normal et dans les 4 chambres réservées !!!

We hadden een airco probleem op de kamer met een lek in de badkamer, dit was een technisch probleem door de hitte. Binnen het uur hadden we een nieuwe kamer met heel veel zorg en toewijding en een glimlach opgelost ! Wat een service bedankt aan het volledige team voor de assistentie.
