لا يوجد شيء عجبني سييء جدا جدا حدا . اتصلت بكم ولم القى جواب منكم

الفندق قذر بمعنى الكلمه زسوف انقل تجربتي في التعليقات على الفندق في كوكل. اول ما دخلت الفندق يقولون لي ليس لديك ححز اعطيتهم رقم الححز زالاسم وشاهدوا الاميل ولم يقتنعوا . انتظرنا نصف ساعه في الاستقبال بعد ذالك ذهبت الموظفه الى مكتب ثاني وقالت لقد وحدته ؟ هل هذا عمل موظف محترف في فندق 4 نجوم ونحن كنا تبانين اتينا من بلجيكا طريق طويل ...... ثانيا . اعطونا غرفه كان السجاد الارضي كله مببل لقد تبللت جواريبنا نزلت عليهم وقلت لهم غيرو الغرفه قالو انتظر . وبعد ربع ساعه اتى المنظف ومسحه السجاد الارضي واخظر معه نعال وقال البسوا النعال هههههههه نزلت مره اخرى للاستقبال للموظفه وقلت لها بدلي لنا الغرفه ... قالت لنا اذا لم تعجبك الغرفه اطلع منها غادر . هل هذا منطق في ليلة رأس السنه تقول لي اطلع هل هذا تصرف محترم من الموظفين . اطلع اين اروح انا واطفالي كل هذا التأخير قرابة الساعه . بعد ذالك مجفف السعر عاطل في الحمام طلبنا منهم واحد زاحظرو زاحد اخر . والمفاجأه الاخيرة هي طلبوا منا ضمان 150 يورو وقالو سوف نعيدها لك بعد 5 ايام وهذا يحدث اول مره معي مع الفنادق التي كنت اححزها من خلال بوكنغ اي من خلالكم . لقد اتصلت عليكم من الفندق حتى تحلوا لي المشاكل ولكن دون جدوى . دفعت الفلوس . يعي في موقعكم بوكنغ انتوا غير ذاكرين هاي التفاصيل وخاصه التأمين هذا اولا خطأكم . ثانيا والخطاء الكبير تتعاملون مع هكذا فنادق تعبانه وقذره

Buffet salé du petit déjeuner vide malgré notre demande de réapprovisionnement Couchage canapé lit extrêmement inconfortable, ce dernier n’étant pas droit quand on se couche dessus et sans alaise ce qui n’est pas optimal pour l’hygiène. 10€ à payer pour se garer sur le parking de l’hôtel dont la barrière reste ouverte toute la nuit, autant se garer gratuitement dans la rue juste devant !
