Estuve hace 2 años en este hotel (supuestamente de 4*(!!!) ) y me pareció malo pero al volver a buscar hotel en la zona, en las fotos parecía reformado y agradable pero resultó ser mentira! La habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotos de su página web! Una estafa y de 4* no tiene NADA! La recepcionista me dijo que no habían habitaciones como las de las fotos, así que me parece MUY grave que anuncien algo que no existe. El desayuno es pobre y de poca calidad por un alto precio (18€). En resumen: UNA DECEPCIÓN TOTAL. No pienso volver.

"Good overnight to Italy"

Good overnight stop en route to Italy . Easy to find from the main roads . Plenty of free parking and electric hook ups going in for about three cars The hotel is typical Novotel decor outside and inside Although it needed a bit of TLC , not so sure the interior decor is right for a 4* , it looked like it had been boarded up following damage !!!! The restaurant menu was limiting but adequate and a fair price . We opted for breakfast which was ample, a mixture of the usual cereal and continental meats . There was bacon and scrambled eggs but sadly cold . But it was there. Good choice of hot drinks too The room was fine all be it tired . Comfy bed and a good shower . Nice clean towels . Honestly feel it isn’t a 4* and it is over priced but that’s the world we live in now for travel . Overall it’s the friendly staff that make this hotel .

"Schlecht"

Das Personal war eigentlich nett aber von der Sauberkeit her, Komfort und Zustand war es sehr schlecht; alte Möbel, altes Gebäude, altes Badezimmer, nicht ganz saubere Decke für unser Kind. Eine alte Lampe hat die ganze Nacht "gezischt". Schlecht geschlafen. Wir kehren dort nicht zurück.

"Décevant ! "

Nous sommes extrêmement déçu de ce séjour chez l’enseigne Novotel! L’extérieur de l’hôtel est froid et aucun aménagement accueillant n’est fait… Le parking est grand. L’accueil du personnel est agréable. Les chambres sont d’un autre temps: Moquettes vieilles et usées, meubles et encadrement de portes abîmées, absence de décoration (La chambre est d’une tristesse !), propreté douteuse … Concernant le restaurant, rien d’exceptionnel: le repas a été décevant (viande dure). Le rapport/qualité prix n’y est pas ni sur l’hôtel ni sur le restaurant ! Cet établissement est Extrêmement cher pour le service rendu. Nous ne comprenons pas les 4 étoiles. Nous ne renouvellerons pas l’expérience chez novotel.
