O quarto não tinha ar condicionado, tivemos que abrir a janela para refrescar, para um hotel de 4 estrelas, não pode acontecer isso.

It was in the perfect position for crossing the Alps The parking is excellent and why we stay there regularly The staff are helpful and friendly

The only downside is the restaurant in the evening. We struggled to find anything we wanted to eat and the choices are to say the least, unusual. While the breakfast is exceptionally good we will go elsewhere to eat in the evening if we stay there again.
